Here’s the Finale from our set at Planet Angel’s Chilled In A Field. “Another Planet” originally by The Only Ones.
Featuring a space-hopper enabled Ben, bouncing to his favourite song ever.
We were surprised when Jack told us we were to play “The Dancing Duck Song”, first made famous in a South Park episode. Yet it seems to work well, and so once again Jack’s vision has proven true despite all the odds.
Here’s us playing it at Chilled in a Field in July 2011.
When we played at Planet Angel Chilled In A Field last month, Jack had told us to use playing cards to let the audience determine the track list. Was this some part of his plan or just the crazy whim of a lunatic?
It’s hard for us to judge, but the results seemed nice. Here’s Rob our cameraman picking a card near the end of the deck and getting Squeeze’s “Up The Junction”
Handsome Jack’s Showband feature in this delightful video, a documentary on the sci-fi party back in October 2010. The band’s third ever gig!
## Part Two – Sept 2021
Finally! Part to is released for Sam & Rob’s engagement party:
Another video from the Ryan’s Bar gig on the 28th of November 2010, when the lights literally flashed quicker the harder we rocked. As you can see, we rocked quite hard.

Our first video ever to use more than one camera. Isn’t it cool the way we can cut from one to the other? Even show both at once!

We thought the show went pretty well, all in all. So, apparently, did all these people dancing along to our rendition of Steve Harley’s “Smile”
We are pleased to announce that Jack has secured us a third gig. After the massive success of our debut in Dirty Dicks, and the surprise of our secret gig on board the spaceship 491, we’re returning to earth once more for spectacular show at Ryans Bar in Stoke Newington.
Here’s a link to the BITE page for the bar and a handy map of the location on Streetmap.
Doors will open at 7:30pm and we’ll have to kick y’all out of there at around 11pm I’m afraid.
There’ll be some other bands too, though Jack is still negotiating deals with the others. We’ll update this page when we know.
